Your satisfaction is Southern Sun's ultimate goal. Although, ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL. If you are dissatisfied with any of the services or products, please reach out to us in person, by phone, or email so we can address your concerns.  

Each appointment is very important because it reserves this time just for you! By booking, you have agreed to this cancellation & rescheduling policy as listed. This is a strict policy, no exceptions. No shows and last-minute cancellations will receive NO REFUNDS for session booked. If you are more than 10 minutes late, you may need to reschedule or wait for the next available appointment as on-time appointments are taken first. This policy allows Southern Sun to accurately inform clients of availability and provide the best customer service to everyone.
